of the anchor. If we replace our 1840 sleeve with our 1815 sleeve which is (40-15) = 25 mm shorter, then we expose 25
mm of the 12 mm threaded rod as shown. The anchor can be used as shown in the left view with the 12 mm threaded
rod now able to fit a 14 mm or larger hole in the rack or enclosure. The other option as shown on the right is the
addition of a 60 mm diameter plate washer x 10 mm thick and large black plastic isolator bushing. This exposed 25
mm length therefore allows for adding a wide range of options including mini plate washers and mini isolator
bushings, various locking hardware, or hold-down plates. Typical available lengths of exposed threaded rod for adding
custom parts are 40 mm, 25 mm, 15 mm, and 10 mm. These various dimensions from the top of the sleeve to the
